AROLLA TO ZINAL

Two more days of trekking amongst Grand Alpine scenery in gorgeous weather. A short day from Arolla to La Sage via the beautiful picnic spot at Lac Bleau and into the Val de Herens. The day from La Sage to Zinal is prob
ably the longest on the entire trek. The two passes of Col de Torrent and Col de Sorbois are sometimes broken into two days but we cover this section on one long day, taking around 10 hours with over 2000m of ascent. Superb weather throughout with clear skies and hot sun most of the time. Rest day in Zinal but so many day walks from here.
