FABULOUS AFTERNOON, LESS WIND
Lairig Ghru to Braeriach
Cairn Gorm, Northern Corries and Braeriach
Snow and ice hanging on at 500m

Northern Corries of Braeriach
The temperatures rose a wee bit today and the morning clouds dissipated over the Cairngorms leaving a fabulous, clear afternoon. Not bad views of the entire Northern Cairngorms from Meall a' Bhuachaille to the Feshie hills and less than one hours walk from my front door. The milder weather and colder overnight temperatures will be perfect to get good, consolidation of the snow. Forecast good weather over much of The Highlands next couple of days.
