The view from the Bonatti Refugio is quite fine. Sunrise on Mont Blanc at 5am this morning . Another beautiful weather day.  Clear skies throughout the day. The balcony view that runs high above Val Ferret is a stunner Beautiful light on the Grandes Jorasses all the way along. Unfortunately you have to then drop down into the Val Ferret before another long pull up to the highest col on the TMB,  the Grand Col Ferret.  Very hot today. Temperatures rising to 30 degrees C in the valley tomorrow.
