The classic An Teallach view
An Teallach in my eyes is the finest mountain on this planet, as previously mentioned! What finer sight is there to behold than the classic view of the mountain on a sunny, windless winters day. Sophie has been out with me several times on winter skills courses and classic ridge traverses. She was keen to climb An Teallach and sneaked a day off to savour the mountain under sunny skies and a winter mantle. The North West hasn't as much snow cover as the Cairngorms or Ben Nevis area, but  the mountain was looking stunning in it's coat of rime ice and snow today. We had a top day out traversing the two Munro summits. Sophie was grinning all the way along. A beautiful sunset on the descent with a full moon. Brilliant day out.
