Ian and I were on Beinn an Dothaidh's North Buttress today. We made the most of the snow which had diminished since last week when I was last there . We still had a great time playing about which included some 'dry tooling'! Good fun descending in the corrie further to the North of the mountain as we glissaded down quickly to the corrie floor. The freezing level was well above the tops and cloud was well down most of the day but we did manage to dodge the rain later in the day. There are big unstable cornices on all the gullies and we saw lots of avalanche debris in these. Fingers crossed for some colder conditions!
