Back home in Fort William after a week down in The Lake District. We had some lovely weather and only one morning of rain! Not great conditions for navigation as the skies were blue most of the time. But great to be basking in sunshine and clear views. Most of the days we had out from our base in Eskdake we saw no one on the fells, we made a point of staying away from the honey pots. Meanwhile there is snow down to 300m on the hills around the Crianlarich area and up in Lochaber a good dusting of fresh snow on the hills. More days of snow showers and sunshine to come this week, always a great time of year for photography with the beautiful light.
