A SUNNY AFTERNOON IN THE CAIRNGORMS
Coire an Lochain
Hard to believe we're in a settled spell of weather, great snow conditions, light winds and today bags of lovely sunshine! A nice afternoon stroll around The Northern Corries. Plenty folk out climbing and walking. A lot of frozen, hard snow and ice about, you'll need those crampons nice and sharp if you're out and about! If you've time on hand after you get back to The Cairngorm Mountain car park Ben is looking for some folk to answer a questionnaire on avalanche awareness as part of his degree course. He'll be around the Ranger Station for next few weeks. Another good day forecast tomorrow. Enjoy!
