Travelling back up to Fort William today from a longish spell down in the depths of Glasgow and The Lake District. Just made it out of Queen Street train Station this morning as another dump of snow brought the city and public transport to a standstill, As soon as the train got to Crianlarich it was a glorious blue skies scene and a thick blanket of snow. The experts say this cold spell is going to last through to New Year, yes please!
