Down in the Lake District, Englandshire this weekend at the annual BAIML ( British Association of International Mountain Leaders) AGM and CPD workshops. Snowing down to Lake Windermere on the Friday. Rather than driving and trudging up lots of fresh snow we decided to do our Rope work workshop right outside the hotel folk were staying at! Coffee/lunch time was through the door and round the log fire.
