Another fantastic clear skies day in The Highlands. It was a balmy 7 degrees below freezing at Fort William this morning. Paul and I headed up into Coire an Lochan in Glencoe and onto the ridges leading up to Stob Coire an lochan. It was a very quiet place today we only saw one other guy behind us and a couple of climbers near NC Gully. The ridge was untrodden, making it an even more satisfying day. Hard work leading up from the lochans onto the ridge and really cold. A lot of wind slab in places to avoid and some really deep areas of snow. It was a leisurely day, one for lots of photos with superb visibility. Superb!
