For those who regularly read my blog you will know that I y March is the finest winter month. This year is no exception! February was one of the poorest winters we've experienced in recent years, although the beginning of that month wasn't that bad! We've had a couple of much colder days now and some fresh snowfall. Today was a stunning morning. Clear skies, no wind and bright sunshine. It's been some time since I last had a romp along the Fiacaill Coire Sneachda ridge with snow on. Today it was fab. The cloud kept coming and going and some clear spells. Although low temperatures of well below freezing, it felt very pleasant indeed.
Far more snow forecast next couple of days and beyond!
March - the finest winter month!
